Meet Julie Homrich
Julie Homrich, LPC, CPCS, PMH-C is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Georgia with over 15 years experience in the mental health field. She is the co-founder of Clear Path Counseling. Julie specializes in intake assessment and referral, perinatal mental health, mood disorders, trauma recovery, supervision of providers, family of origin concerns and life transitions. Julie’s background includes developing and directing a nonprofit assessment center for survivors of exploitation and abuse, assessing individuals for level of care recommendations at a NE Georgia psychiatric and addictions hospital, and running her private practice where she offers EMDR therapy, parenting support groups and individual counseling. As a black belt and certified self defense instructor for women, Julie offers trauma-informed self defense classes for individuals seeking the next step toward embodied recovery. Julie has a passion for implementing clear and compassionate assessments with the goal of directing individuals toward the next right step. She truly believes that reaching out for support is hard enough, finding it doesn’t have to be.
